30 days

Psalms for the Weary

When you have no words, the Psalms will lend you theirs. This 30-day plan gathers the Psalms of lament, refuge, and hope that generations of believers have prayed through cancer diagnoses, wilderness seasons, and quiet crises of faith. Each day pairs a whole Psalm with a short meditation and a one-sentence prayer you can pray even when your own words have run out. Especially for anyone walking through grief, anxiety, chronic illness, burnout, spiritual depression, or seasons of long waiting. Not a plan to fix you — a plan to sit with you until the Shepherd speaks.

Read the Psalm slowly, twice. Pray any line that gives you words. There are no wrong feelings here — only a Father who listens.
